To take care of permanent jewelry, gently wash it with a soft-bristle brush and dish soap. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as lotions and perfumes. Make sure to wear your jewelry with care. Permanent jewelry is not indestructible and should be treated accordingly.

We offer a lifetime warranty for any jewelry that breaks at the weld point. We will repair it free of charge.
If your chain breaks, we will repair it free of charge.
Yes! Simply cut the chain with scissors or wire cutters at the jump ring. Keep your chain so we can reattach it when you’re ready.

- Necklaces and body chains: Priced per inch, ranging from $12-$23 per inch
