Online Appointments Only: You must book an appointment online. We do not accept walk-ins at this time.

Appointment Scheduling: You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must schedule the appointment for you and be present at the first appointment.

Permanent Jewelry Age Restriction: Permanent jewelry services are available only for individuals aged 13 and up.

24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes.

• Before 24 Hours: If you choose to cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour mark, you can do so online.

• Within 24 Hours: If it is 24 hours or less, please text us to let us know. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.

Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable; however, being late could result in rescheduling your appointment. Please stay in communication with us if you know you will be arriving late.

• 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will no longer have enough time to perform the service. If this happens, you will be charged a $50 fee.

No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment, it will result in a $50 fee.

Late Cancellation or No-Show Charges: Following a late cancellation or no-show, the card on file will be charged the appropriate fee. If the card declines, you will be sent an invoice for the amount owed.

• Unpaid Invoices: If you are sent an invoice, you will be blocked from booking online, and all future appointments will be cancelled until the invoice is paid in full.

Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty for any jewelry that breaks at the weld point. We will repair it free of charge.

Accident Breakage: Should your chain break, we will repair it at no cost.

We do not provide replacements for lost chains.

No Refunds: All sales are final once the chain is cut. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
